1.Eligibility
You have to be 18 years old to be a member of SingleQuest or to use the website.
2. Responsibility
SingleQuest does not guaranty that you will find your soul mate on this website, neither guaranty that if you find love, this relation will last.
You acknowledge that Singlequest is not responsible in any way for suspension of the service or any loss of information, regardless of the cause, not responsible for content of links to other websites or advertisements from third parties, and not responsible for any loss or damage by using the Singlequest website or attending any event. SingleQuest does not guaranty that its website or its use is exempt of viruses or any damaging effect.
3. Relationship with members
You are the only person responsible for all exchanges with other members.
4. Privacy
You should keep confidential any information about your membership such as your account number and password. You are the only person responsible for anything happening under your account number or membership. Don’t forget to log out when you leave the website or the app.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership anytime, but you won’t be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of fees or payments.
6. Access to your account
Singlequest will do everything possible to maintain the service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. But it could happen that the service could be interrupted for a short period of time for different reasons, including system maintenance.
7. Confidentiality
SingleQuest is committed to keep confidential any information that you will provide when creating your profile.
These information are confidential and will not be transmitted to anyone.

We will not give away your personal information to anyone
9. Use of SingleQuest.
The SingleQuest website is intended for personal use only. Companies, organizations or societies cannot use the site or become members.
10. Prohibited activities or content
It is prohibited to harass or exploit other members, or having nudity, violence, sexual or offensive photos, videos or texts in your profile or to nvolve the transmission of junk mail, chain letters or mass mailing. Use or post a video or photos that belongs to other members, spamming, sending viruses or harmful files are also prohibited. Legal actions could be taken by Singlequest against members that will conduct prohibited activities or doubtful content.

12. Limitation of responsibility
SingleQuest will not be responsible for damage of all kinds resulting from your use of the website. SingleQuest makes no investigation or verifies any statements from the members. You are completely responsible for any contacts with the members. SingleQuest cannot guarantee the good will of any member or can certify that the information on their profile is accurate. SingleQuest cannot be responsible for any contact, good or bad, between members on the website or outside the site during a meeting.
